Refund policy

US Returns:
At Brushelle Beauty, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. We accept returns for new and gently used products within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible, the product must be in its original packaging and condition when received.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@gobrushelle.com. Our team will provide you with a prepaid return label, which must be included with your return shipment. Please note that shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless the product is determined to be defective. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method for your convenience.

International Returns:
We regret to inform you that returns and refunds are not accepted for international orders. Please consider this before placing your order, as international orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed.
